We are aware that everyone already lives with stress, and that stress that is apparently here to stay has motivated those of us who work with emotional, mental, and physical health through holistic therapies to seek the best recommendations, practices, and healings to be able to coexist with each other through challenges and situations without losing our health.
The The Holistic Health and Wellbeing Program covers the dimensions of health that we know make up a human being:
Physical Health
emotional and mental health
spiritual health
In this program, the healing of these three pillars will begin so that every person of working age who performs tasks can perform them effectively, assertively and happily because a daily life that is carried as a burden will cause profound negative consequences in personal and professional development.
We consider carrying out 6 MODULES where we will develop a combination of holistic techniques and therapies that will achieve, at the end of the HOLISTIC HEALTH AND WELL-BEING PROGRAM, that each participant experiences the transformation we seek.
Healing the 3 dimensions and achieving a change of vision in your life will allow you to reconnect with your lost common goals and performances. But the reality is that if the daily patterns and parameters in any personal and work space are not modified, the same thing will happen over and over again.
That is why we work hard to offer this proposal that is managing to reduce work and personal stress, enjoy health, improve the workplace, promote creativity and cooperation, and more.

In each workshop, we carry out a combination of proven practices such as:
• breathing exercises,
• meditation,
• Harmonization of basic energy centers for emotional, mental, and physical health. We will use acupuncture, energy massage, a pendulum, moxibustion, and healing sounds.

• body movements to release tension and stress
• reflective techniques to overcome conflicts
• reflective techniques to increase creativity
All dynamics lead to the improvement of personal and social life to reduce stress, strengthen positive relationships, and achieve a healthy, harmonious, and productive lifestyle and coexistence in all areas.
